APZ Wire
Wire for high precision machining
Higher speed with the same processing accuracy as AP wire.
Features
- Zinc coated
- Piano wire is used with special zinc coat applied to the surface. It has approximately double tension strength than of hard brass wire. Machining performance by thin wire than brass wire. It is also ideal for precision R works and slits.
- Improved machining speed
- Zinc coated wire enhances electro-discharge power.
Machining speed in "oil model" machining is 30-80% higher than the AP Wires. - Straightness
- Same AWT as AP wire.
- Surface finishing
- Same quality but faster than AP wire.
- Low cost
- More cost-efficient than tungsten wires.
