Twill-weaved Noodle-sheet Making Machine
Compounded noodle-sheets are overlapped lengthwise and sidewise and press rolled by twill-weaving for creating a homogeneous gluten mesh formation.
Twill-weaving Process
Main Features
- (1) Handmade-like noodle texture
- By press rolling a noodle-sheet as being overlapped, the gluten mesh formation becomes uniform, making the noodles bouncy and chewy in texture.

- (2) Space-saving design
- Installation space is saved line-lengthwise by placing the twill-weaving mechanism vertically.
- (3) Easy to install as an additional equipment
- The equipment can be easily installed as a new installation and also as to be added to an existing production line.
Options
- The bypass route function : Allowing production of non-twill-weaved noodle-sheet.
- A bypass route can be added for transferring noodle sheets downstream to the continuous noodle-sheet press roller without twill-weaving.
