Precision pipe electrodes for High-speed Small Hole Drilling EDM
Stepped pipes with shanks for precision machining. Ensures secure chucking for pipe sizes of D1.0.
Features
- Easy to handle. Runout of the electrode can be suppressed
- The shank enables attachment for small size electrode pipes. It also keeps minimum runout of the electrode which makes possible for high-precision machining.
- Economical
- The size of the shank is standardized at D1.0 which enables accessories (collets, holders, etc.,) to be used in one size to chuck all electrodes, making it very economical.
- Deep holes drilling and sufficient for continuous machining
- Copper is most commonly used. Pipes and coreless types are available. Economical and sufficient for deep hole drilling and continuous machining.
