SWS Series Bridge
Supports large workpieces
Secures large workpieces that cannot be set by pallets.

- Supports large workpieces
- For large workpieces which cannot be mounted on pallets, remove one side of the base plate and secure the workpiece after setting the bridge on to the work stand.
- Two types(L or H) of bridge are available, allowing the bottom of the work to be set at different heights

L-type Base Plate (Standard Type)
L-type base plates allow the bottom surface of the work to be set at the same height as the top surface of the workstand. As the bottom of the work is close to the wire guide unit, flushing is highly effective, making it ideal for precision and high-speed machining.
H-type Base Plate (Made to Order)
Stroke of the machine can be fully used, since the wire guide unit and stopper do not interfere with each other.
The stoppers of H-type base plates are integral to the base plate and cannot be partially removed. Large bridge enables the stopper to be partially detached.
- Acceptance tolerance of the mass load of the work is not determined.
- Size of the work differs according to the bridge and machine type.
