Introduction to Pressurized and Heated Sterilizers

The pressurized heat sterilizer uses high-temperature saturated steam of up to 145℃ to highly sterilize the surface of foodstuff in a very short time. Since it is a short-time treatment, no deliciousness is lost in this sterilization method.
