3-Roll Sheeter
The highly hydrated and viscoelastic dough is carefully pressed into form a dough-sheet by using three rolls.

- Roll peripheral speed can be adjusted independently.
- By driving the three rolls separately, the peripheral speed of each roll can be adjusted independently.
- Equipped with dough-sheet thickness adjustment mechanism
- The thickness of the dough-sheet can be adjusted by rotating the dial knob on the indicator.

- Measuring dough-sheet slack by sensor and automatically controlling dough-sheet feed (ON/OFF control)
