Main Features
- V-LINE® Direct Casting
- This machine consists of a ground-breaking structure in which the precision moulding technology cultivated for the two-cylinder type V-LINE® to magnesium. It has good fluidity and can be molded into thin-walled and complicated shapes. In addition, since the pressure is directly transmitted to the molten metal by holding pressure, the rate of non-defective products is improved.
- New material Moulding of Magnesium Lithium(Mg-Li) is possible
- Mg-Li has the same strength as a magnesium alloy, and has a specific gravity of 75% that of a magnesium alloy. Since it becomes active in the molten state, it was considered difficult to die-cast, but we have realized from melting to molding by the melting method in a closed structure.
- Improves Work Environment and Safety
- A certain amount of material is melted in the cylinder, and a high level of safety is ensured because it does not use a melting furnace like die casting. In addition, since the material supplied is a billet, there is no danger of ignition.
