Main Features
- "High Speed"
- Equipped with in-house developed NC unit and linear motors. The weight of the XZ-axis drive unit has been reduced by 10%, and Combined with the optimized linear scale layout, the axis response characteristics have been improved. The improved ATC mechanism reduces tool change time by 50% compared to conventional machines, enabling even faster and more precise machining.
- "High Precision"
- Coolant is passed through the structure that covers the spindle body to suppress the deformation of the machine's posture. By sensing temperature and rotation speed information of the spindle, thermal displacement can be estimated and corrected with high accuracy. In addition, the spindle orienta-tion function reduces runout accuracy variation to achieve higher precision machining.
- "Improved Environmental Performance"
- An idling stop function is provided as an energy-saving measure. When the system is determined to be stopped, it automatically shuts off the power supply to reduce power consumption. The machining recorder function records video and images during machining and when errors occur, which can be displayed on the CNC screen and used as information for investigating the cause of machining defects and errors.
