Vitol WX

Water-based rust inhibitor by adding to water-spec wire EDM machine.

Adjust the dielectric fluid to the required resistivity and add 1-3% of VITOL WX.
To increase resistivity during operation, simply add Vitol WX through the deionizer by adjusting to the required resistivity.
Clean with water thoroughly and apply Serbinaito spray (rust prevention spray).
Vitol WX crystallizes once it dries. Clean with water near the slide surroundings (AWT unit, around the pulley, etc.) of your machine at regular basis.

Simply by adding a volume equivalent to 1-3% of the volume of dielectric fluid gives outstanding rust-inhibiting performance.
