Main Features

Servo Valve for V-LINE® Flow Rate Control
The V-LINE® system developed by Sodick provides advanced precision molding with high stability, accuracy, and reproducibility. GL100-HSP's injection control valve is a V-LINE®-driven linear servo valve ensuring precise measurement and high flow rates. The outstanding hydraulic power it provides enables molding of an extended range of molded precision parts for small products.
Outstanding Injection Acceleration/Deceleration
A low-inertia plunger and high flow-rate linear servo provide an injection acceleration of 22 G (with plunger diameter P28), one of the highest acceleration values available industry-wide. A proprietary Sodick controller provides complete, optimum control of the injection plunger.
Superior Injection Performance
Today’s precision parts for small products call for increasingly difficult molding processes to produce thinner walls, lighter weights, and increasingly extreme dimensions and shape changes.
